With somatic alchemy we are able to go directly to the source of our suffering and give it a voice through abstract forms. The act of witnessing the sensations and emotions can lead to a release and alchemization through movement, sound and energetic attunement
We tend to believe that we will stay stuck in suffering If we allow it to consume us. Women are very cyclical and we spiral through the entire spectrum of emotions. Once we learn the unique spiral, we can feel a sense of peace knowing it is always going to shift
REGULATION
Coming into the body is difficult for most people. Somatic alchemy helps individuals to co-regulate with the therapist/group and learn tools to soothe oneself as well as activate new codes for upliftment and recalibration
INTUITION
As you build trust with your body, your intuition grows. With the tool of intuition, you can learn to guide yourself through discomfort or heavy emotional releases. Your gifts come online and your cells begin to dance
BODY AWARENESS
When you choose somatic awareness, you are making an act of self love. Sitting with the body can be difficult. As you develop more body awareness, you will see and feel how the discomfort is just a message to be decoded and the key is to give yourself permission to be as you are. To allow your body to speak and unfurl. Then we can anchor more light into the body
TRANSFORMATION PORTAL
As you step into your own portal of transformation with full commitment and courage, energetics begin to move quickly. The field responds to your intention and just like magic, you begin to shed off stored suffering. The more that is transmuted, the more light codes you will receive into the body.
The Alchemical Process
Somatic alchemy begins with intentional breath and a deep softening into the soma.
From there we explore the physical terrain and her gnosis. The body is a divine intelligence. She will guide you exactly where you need to go. Your work is in allowing, trusting and receiving the wisdom. To surrender into the unwinding she is calling for. Flowing with the map she is providing.
